Our Terms and Conditions?

    A 30 percent deposit is required on booking and the balance at least 30 days before tour commencement.
    Include all expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as per itinerary, meals on safari, entrance fees to national parks and game reserves. The rates are subject to change without notice.
    Any monies paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or lodges or other relevant expenses for all confirmed bookings. For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the tour, a 25% charge will apply while 50% between 15 days and 5 days, 75 percent between 5 and 2 days, and 100 percent between 2 and 0 days to the tour date.
     Based on two persons sharing a twin room. Rooms with private bath are provided where possible. Singe rooms are available at additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels /lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at other similar hotels / lodges.
    Cars, Minibuses, 4WD vehicles, buses or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors for all or part of the services. English speaking driver / guides are provided.
    Pam Tours and Travel ltd company reserves the right to alter arrangements of the route or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions so necessitate. The company also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
    The company and its agent’s act only as agents of the passengers in all matters relating to tours. The company’s liability to passengers is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which the tour takes place. However, the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. Every effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary but no rebate will be considered should we fail to do so. You are advised to take out appropriate insurance cover.
