After a buffet breakfast, you begin your safari by taking a scenic drive to the world famous Masai Mara. Stop enroute at the edge of the Rift Valley escarpment to see the stunning views. You will also see the Masai people on the way, who live largely unaffected by modern civilization. Check in at your safari lodge and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will be taken for a comprehensive gamedrive in the park. Spot lion, elephant, rhino, cheetah and many more animals roaming wild on the Mara plains. Today you will explore the great Masai Mara. After /before breakfast, set off for your gamedrive. You may stop and walk at special sites such as rivers where you can get a closer look at hippo and crocodiles. Return to the lodge where you can enjoy a refreshing swim before your buffet lunch. Later in the afternoon, leave for another gamedrive to explore another part of this famous reserve. After a buffet breakfast, depart for the scenic Lake Nakuru National Park, a bird and rhino sanctuary, and home to a variety of wildlife. This lake is famous for its pink flamingoes. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. A late afternoon gamedrive will allow you to see the many wild animals in the park. This park has a prolific range of game with the exception of elephants. Experienced bird watchers can spot upto 200 species of birds here in a day.You will also be taken to the Baboon cliff viewpoint overlooking the lake. Start your day with an early morning gamedrive. Early morning and late afternoon are the best times to spot wildlife.Return to the lodge for breakfast, after which you leave for the Aberdare Country Club, in the highland region of Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch at the club, which was originally the farm house of an early British settler family, now run by one of the established hotel chains in Kenya.
